From the Moment we stepped in the Restaurant until the second ee left we felt very comfortable. Had a variety of starters and 4 main courses. All excellent quality and the waiters where very friendly and kept an eye fir our wishes! Even the prices were specially for the fresh seafood absolutely fair.

Returning customer, this place has the quintessential greek authenticity. The food is just delicious, fresh, good portion size, everything on the menu is to be tried. Good atmosphere with the best views in the area, an absolute pleasure to dine here, welcoming staff and great service. Will be back next year in September. Totally recommend!

Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante per caso, tornando dalla spiaggia, dal cartello che ne indicava l'ingresso.
La sera stessa ci siamo andati e ci siamo pentiti di non averlo conosciuto prima: personale gentilissimo, ambiente molto suggestivo, in quanto proprio sulla spiaggia, e soprattutto cibo squisito.
Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un temporale improvviso che ha reso ancora più magica la serata.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante e in particolare i loro "Prawns saganaki": PAZZESCHI.

Όλα τα πιάτα ήταν υπέροχα και φρέσκα. Η ταραμοσαλατα Η φάβα και τα φρέσκα ψάρια ήταν τα highlights ♥️. Η ατμόσφαιρα πολύ όμορφη, με υπέροχη Θέα στο κολπάκι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Οι σαρδέλες δεν μασ άρεσαν πολύ αλλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα πιάτα είναι φοβερά

This was the best meal we had in Greece. A menu with enough to choose from and every dish was delicious. Combined with the beautiful view of the bay it’s definitely a something to do!

Everything about this restaurant is special. From the location, the friendly and attentive staff, the unbelievably delicious food and the value for money. So pleased it was recommended to us and we can’t wait to return on our next visit to Zante later in the year.

We went for supper. The restaurant was quite busy but the service was efficient but unhurried and friendly. The food was excellent (we had zucchini, Greek salad, prawn saganaki, grilled prawns and pita to share, with a bottle of local wine) with very substantial portions. Overall a very lovely taverna.

Mandrakia is positioned above a pretty beach just in the port ofAgios Nicholas. North Zakynthos . It is very pretty and very clean and serves delicious Greek dishes which are cooked to perfection.whilst looking at the sea . The owners are delightful and put themselves out to please . The local wine is delicious also .

We've been to the area the last couple of years and always go to Madrakia a few times for lunch. The service is excellent and everyone is extremely friendly. Love the food and setting right on the harbour.

Dopo aver provato vari ristoranti, abbiamo prenotato tramite Google. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentile e disponibile così come tutti i ragazzi addetti al servizio. Il cibo è buono, la location sul mare non ha bisogno di descrizioni ed il prezzo è tra i più onesti che si possono trovare sull'isola. Siamo tornati ed avremmo fatto il tris se non fosse stato chiuso per la festa di San Dioniso.

Highest recommendation: try the Saganaki! It is absolutely delicious. The service was welcoming and engaging. The atmosphere is inviting and unassuming. Would eat here again.

Our first night out in Zakynthos and it’s been hard to match the brilliant taverna we stumbled upon , hanging over the water at Agios Nicolas in the north of the island .
The delightful staff are so incredibly attentive - genuinely wanting your meal and evening to be special.
Starters of the inevitable Greek tzatziki and taramasalarta were delicious ly homemade accompanied by warm, buttery pita breads.
Grilled local , fleshy white fish was shared with a Greek salad and perfect frites- so fresh , cooked in lemon, herbs and butter- so simple but in the radiant evening sunshine with a chilled local rose who could wish for more?
Desert of the day was an orange and almond cake- soaked with sweet local honey and citrus syrup- a divine end to the best meal so far .
Returning tomorrow for our 32 yrs of wedded bliss anniversary- where better to celebrate ?
