We have been visiting Sifnos for 10 years and O' Argiris is always a priority to us. The food is traditional Greek with a flair, while keeping the family style atmosphere. My husband loves the Lamb and Gavros while I go for vegetarian options. There is something for everyone, whether snacks, lunch or dinner, wine or beer.
The staff is warm and friendly, with three generations in the kitchen. Argiris himself greets us when we come.
I highly recommend.

This is a very popular restaurant and therefore you should book a table to be sure you get a chance to eat here. Lovely range of food to choose from and all beautifully cooked. We ate outside which offers lovely views of the sunsets and evening skies. Had lovely smoked fish starter (delicious) and Dorades (gilt head bream) with greens and home made chips. All washed down with the house white wine. All the food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
We really enjoyed the home style cooking and friendly, efficient service. All with a beautiful view. One of our favourite lunches in Sifnos!

I have eaten here several times over the years. The food is consistent and solid classic Greek fare. The price is good and the view amazing. Service can be slow sometimes, but not because they are slow (they are working hard and running everywhere), but simply because certain times can be very busy.
My favorite is the salted and smoked mackarel salad. My son has a generous serving of loukaniko each time, and my husband loves the porkchop.
