This is our 4th visit to this restaurant in 2 years. Never fails to deliver. The service is excellent with attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food all cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be back when we are in Skiathos again.
Just came back from Skiathos, and although we didn’t have a bed meal all week. The meal at Ricchi E Poveri was the best by far.. we ordered off the tapas menu and the food was delicious especially the chilli steak.
Well worth a visit with a good view over the old port.
Make sure you book in advance!
Make sure you try the slow cooked pork belly!

Booked online to a warm welcome , tapas menu was explained and food was delicious , lovely friendly atmosphere, we booked again for our second week.
We booked here having been given a recommendation by a friend. We sat on the terrace area and the views were fabulous. The food was delicious, the best we had during our stay in Skiathos. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

An absolute must when visiting Skiathos. From walking into this beautiful restaurant the experience you’ll get here is stunning. Food is phenomenal, with a good varied selection. Fantastic service from each member of staff. Views are to die for! The owner makes an effort to speak to all his guests and is so thankful for your custom. Very reasonable prices for what you get.It was so good we wanted to book the following evening, they were fully booked ( no surprise there) I was told by the owner he would contact me if they had a cancellation, and guess what,he kept his promise.

Loved the tapas portions as not overfaced. Quality of food was excellent and the ambience welcoming. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Overall a wonderful evening and made sure we recommended it to our friends.
We were recommended this restaurant via a friend. We looked at the reviews and booked last minute. We have been eating out daily and wow- this food was great! So delicious and fresh. I’m so pleased we booked before we moved onto Skopelos! Book now and enjoy the views but most important the tapas dishes!
The young waiter was absolutely incredible, so nice. The older one not so much. Food as always is absolutely amazing, our friends were very impressed.

We had the most delicious food in this lovely little restaurant recently. The tapas was gorgeous with lots of choice for different tastes. Prices are reasonable too. I can't fail to mention the Tuna carpaccio & the arancini, my favourites.
Passage obligatoire si vous êtes à Skiathos ! Nourriture originale et excellente soit sous forme « tapas » à partager ou de plats. Nous avons tout adoré . Selon votre appétit 2 ou 3 tapas sont largement suffisantes car copieuses. Service très agréable et une vue extraordinaire sur la mer et le port ! On se sent privilégiés.
Il faut réserver et demander à être sur le balcon. Nous avons passé un super moment gustatif et visuel.
It is d little Gem of a place, only small, but big on excellence, run by a lovely family, food is so beautiful and presented beautiful also, service is fantastic ,a beautiful place, well worth it in every way
We shared 9 tapas dishes and all of them were delicious. The restaurant has an outside terrace area and an inner area.. Exterior views are lovely. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of a wait for 9pm table as all allocated and previous guests hadn't finished their meal but was not too long. It was my favourite meal of the holiday

Pre-booked restaurant arrived to be seated promptly nice table near balcony, went for the tapas menu the restaurant seems to major on, wondered how many to have and opted for 6 for the 2 of us, the portions were plentiful and actually struggled to eat them all. My favourite a generous chilli con carne which with the topping, tasted great, my wife’s liked the crab cakes and duck rolls, but there is something to please all likes and great flavour contrasts. The staff were welcoming and attentive and the cost was very reasonable and we left full, and would hope we get the chance to revisit in the future, but might go for 5 in the future or not have the tasty garlic bread.
We have just spent 11 days dining around all the best restaurants according to reviews. Some were good and some were average. This one was the absolute best by a country mile. The food and service was outstanding. I can’t recommend the pork belly enough. Best I’ve ever had in any country A visit to this restaurant is an absolute must
Lovely restaurant with super friendly staff. Food was delicious. Had our best meal of the week here.
Despite not getting a table on the balcony (due to late booking) the reception from staff was warm and inviting. We ordered 4 dishes and all of them were delicious . Dessert was also lovely. In the 2 weeks we stayed in Skiathos this was the best food we ate and we were staying half board in a 5 star hotel. Thank you.

My 9-year-old daughter and I slipped in for an early dinner and our server was lovely when we asked if we could have a table by the edge of the balcony so that we could enjoy the view. Despite there being a booking for that table less than an hour after we arrived, he was so kind and accommodating. We had wonderfully quick service and the food was fantastic. They were just as kind and professional when we managed to break a glass on our way out (zah!) and they didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing them, though I'm sure we were by that point! We enjoyed our experience thoroughly and would absolutely go back if given the opportunity.
Wow a must if you visit Skiathos. Perched on the top of the town this small, friendly, and fantastic restaurant that we went to twice during our 10 day stay. The owner, his son and great team look after you and the stunning view from the dining area makes it a magical time. There is so much choice and authentic flavours are wonderful. It’s hard not to over eat as every dish is so delicious. Make sure you reserve a table as it get booked up quickly for its 2 sittings of 7 and 9 pm.

Above all the food was delicious - the best tapas I've ever eaten!
We shared six plates between two persons - asparagus iwith orange dressing, stuffed large mushrooms, beef strips, chicken with chorizo, courgettes, and large prawns in garlic.

Truly excellent tapas in a beautiful location overlooking the Skiathos town bay . Make sure you have a reservation.
We had our last dinner on Skiathos here and it was the perfect ending to our holiday. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful. This is a must if you enjoy good food.
Whenever we come to Skiathos we always make sure that Ricchi's is one of the places we visit. The food, service and location are just fabulous!!! Amazing tapas and the view is to die for! Just be ready for the climb up the hill!!!

Although this is predominantly tapas style, they did have a nice selection of mains for those not wanting tapas.
Three of us had tapas. We ordered 3 plates each.
Among them were garlic prawns, scallops, tuna, duck tacos, pork ribs, beef strips, potato bravas, courgette in tzatziki .
All plates were great including the steak our other group member chose.
Definitely recommend.
Not visited this resturanat on previous visits to Skiathos and left wondering why. Understandably due to the quality of the place and the idylic setting over the harbour this is a popular spot to have an outstanding meal.
It was a difficult choice with the resturant offering both Tapas and main meals so we decided on a combination of both and was not dissapointed. Over the fortnight and visiting a different restuarant every night this came out on top. Definitely look forward to returning on our next visit to Skiathos.

This petite restaurant is an absolute gem. From the wonderful setting (book early for a harbour view), varied menu to lovely staff nothing is left to chance. If you’re looking for something different to the other restaurants and like to share dishes this is the place to visit. I can’t recommend highly enough.
We managed to get a sitting early evening, it gets booked well in advance for later sittings. Arriving around 6 just when opening was perfect for us, we got a front line table and the view was fantastic. The owner/chefs son looked after us for the few hours we were there, great guy. The tapas menu should suit everyone but our favourites were the meatballs, tempura prawns to name a few. Dessert was unbelievable, crème brûlée as fresh as it could be. The wine menu is very good and reasonably priced.
Overall this little gem is excellent and well worth booking in at but remember to book in advance unless you prefer earlier sitting.
Well worth booking into this popular restaurant. We were a party including people with nut allergy, vegan and vegetarian requirements. The staff were so helpful in identifying what dishes on the menu could be tweaked to make them vegan and nut free. The food is delicious, substantial portions and such good value for money. Great wine list too.
The views over the bay are so pretty, lovely setting and a short walk from the port.
The staff were all so passionate about what they do, it shone through.
This is the best restaurant we went to in Skiathos, and we will definitely revisit, next time we are there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The small plates were exceptional & you really are spoilt for choice. Service was outstanding. Here the team are only too happy to recommend a dish or talk to you about the history of the grape in the wine. If you want to eat here I’d recommend you book in advance. They’re busy for a reason.
We booked this restaurant before we travelled due to a recommendation from a friend. We are home now and it remains our favourite place from the whole week! The restaurant is tiny so booking is essential. Food was outstanding and so was everything else. Service excellent. It will be the first place we book when we return!!

Lovely little restaurant with nice tapas and kind service. You have to try the salmon risotto or the Carbonara. We loved that place!
Another fantastic meal at our favourite go to restaurant on the island. Tapas, generous portions, to start and then the tuna steak which is sublime. Excellent service and food quality. Book in advance and secure a table on the terrace and enjoy the fabulous views of the old port area.
The staff were informed and attentive, the food was fantastic and well priced for the quality. Booking ahead is required but it is well worth doing so. We will definitely book again when we return to Skiathos. Five star experience.

I am very tardy writing this review. We were in the Sporades in early May and here I am writing my review in early July. However, I have such fond memories of our dinner at Ricchi E Povere— the last meal of our vacation—that even this late I want to give other travelers a heads up. The small plates at R E P had all the fresh goodness one expects from Greek cooking, but matched that freshness with imagination & inventiveness & a wide-ranging variety in the preparation to offer a wonderfully different experience. The prices were reasonable, the wine selection satisfying. Treat yourself.

Translates at Richer or Poorer (easier for the us Brits), specialises in modern tapas style food. Chilli with chocolate, pork belly, duck wrap, meatballs, chicken and chorizo skewers to name just a small selection - all fantastic!!
A real buzz and change from the typical Greek Taverna.
The only issue with this restaurant is the service, we arrived at our reservation 10 mins late at 7.40 to be greeted by the waiter with “I need the table back at 9 so be quick” my partner and I were shocked and thought to leave however stayed as we wanted to try the food due to seeing positive reviews on trip advisor. I have leant that this restaurant has been criticised before due the waiters attitude. Really disappointing as everything else was perfect! This member of staff could really loose this business money if his attitude does not his approach.

This is a text by restaurant on the hill in Skiathos town. The Tapas dishes are all fantastic, in quality and portion sizes. We had 6 day shes, plus bead for two people and it was loads of food. The scallops,and the pork were my favourite dish, but beef, prawns were were also delicious. Even the potato, bread and dips were all first class.
The table on the balcony has the best views of the harbour and sea. The service is excellent and the price very reasonalbe for such amazing experience. I loved this and will return again.
Το εστιατόριο με θέα το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου έχει πολύ νόστιμο φαγητό και πολύ ωραίο γλυκό , συγκεκριμένα το cheesecake με λεμόνι. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη!
