ΤΟ Grande Dame στην Αθήνα του άνοιξε τις πόρτες της στο ισόγειο ενός ιστορικού νεοκλασικού στην οδό Νίκης που ήταν κάποτε πανδοχείο και που στα πιο πρόσφατα χρόνια του στέγαζε την ταβέρνα Παλιά Αθήνα. Το εσωτερικό του ανακαινίστηκε και απέκτησε άλλο στιλ. Το παλιό πλακάκι που έχεις κάτω από τα πόδια σου ξεπερνάει τον αιώνα, τα τραπέζια απλώνονται σε τρία δωμάτια με διάφορα φωτιστικά, άλλα βίντατζ, άλλα πιο μοντέρνα, πίνακες με κυρίες −πες τες και ντάμες− και βάζα με φρέσκα λουλούδια.
Δοκιμάστε τα γευστικά πιάτα του Grande Dame, εμπνευσμένα από την ελληνική κουζίνα σε μια πιο σύγχρονη εκδοχή. Μπορείτε να συνοδεύσετε το γεύμα σας με ένα ποτήρι κρασί από την μεγάλη ποικιλία του εστιατορίου.

The restaurant was close to city center. The food was so good we ate there twice in our 4 days in Athens. The servers were knowledgeable, friendly and very witty. We enjoyed their service and their menu suggestions. The restaurant was lovely inside and they went well out of their way to accommodate us the first time because we did not have a reservation. The prices were reasonable given the high quality of the food, which was exceptional.
